Celebrate Pride Month with an evening of movement, breath work, meditation, and a sound bath grounded in self-expression, connection, acceptance, and being unapologetically yourself. This space is about coming home to your body, softening the mind, moving energy, and celebrating existing exactly as you are.
We’ll move through grounding movement, intentional breath, meditation, and a dreamy sound bath to support release, openness, joy, community, or whatever you want to drop into that evening. Expect crystal bowls, gong, chimes, drums, good energy, and space to simply be you.
This is a space for all identities, expressions, bodies, backgrounds, and humans. Come as you are. Truly. 🌈
No experience needed. Come solo or bring your people.
Hosted by Grace Panian and Anne Koalska
This is a donation-based event (cash, card, PayPal, or Venmo). However, you can come regardless.
